i purchased a thermal cd-dvd printer on the 24/04/2008 20:38:24 and i am looking to return the it as it is faulty, I called the company and I was instructed to fill in this online form.
Hi Martin
So sorry for the delay in updating you. I couldn't locate your returned printer in the system because it was mislabelled at our end - so was under another number...
I will get my colleague to have a look at it tomorrow and let you know the status.
Kind regards,

Hi Martin,
I have just put your printer on the bench and it appears to be operating just fine.
What problem were you experiencing with the printer on your PC?
Kind Regards,

Hi Martin
I have found your ticket after your call earlier. As I said Dave is away, so all I can say is we can send it back out to you - or it might be safer for you to call and speak to him when he's back on monday? Since he tested it and it worked fine we wouldn't want to send it back and have you have the same problem. Perhaps you can post a couple of the discs you were using so we can try printing on them?
Kind regards,

Hi Martin
The printer is not in fact faulty - I asked if you wanted to send the discs you were using just so we would be more likely to be able to reproduce the problem you had, since we have not found any problems with it here.
After the inital delay due to our mislabelling of the printer - we got it on the bench the next day, and emailed you. Since you were away you didn't respond to Dave's email for over a month, but I'm afraid that delay is not really our fault.
As I said we can send it back to you as it is - or you can send the discs you used for us to test with.
Or, if you do insist upon a refund we can refund you, however since the printer is not actually faulty we will have to charge the 20% restocking fee.
Please advise at your earliest opportunity how you wish to proceed, thanks.
Kind regards,
