Hi Peter, Can you re-install the software and drivers please. The software looks as if it might have become corrupt. Thanks [edited]

I've put in on another computer and tried the QQboxx software. Still doesn't work - even when not connected via USB. The arm is now trying to lower itself into the feed tray, it very slowly drops about 5mm then halts with the red led on. Every time it's switched on it drops 5mm more.

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately it sounds like the unit may have developed a hardware fault.
Here is one final thing you can try, starting the unit in "demo" mode can sometimes help with this fault.
When the machine is off, press and hold the disc detection switch (located under the arm, near the hooks that pick up the disc). Whilst pressing this switch, turn on the power and the machine should enter demo mode. It will move the robotic arm to its extremities and pick up some discs.
Leave for a few minutes, and restart the machine, trying normal operation once again. let me know how that goes! Kind Regards, [edited]

[edited], tried 'demo mode'. No joy, it still drops the arm slowly by 5mm and stops with the red led on.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for trying that. Sounds like the machine will need to come back here. I'll authorise the return of the unit. Please fill out the form that follows.
Kind Regards, [edited]
