Hi - I received an Epson R285 from you yesterday and having spent 3 hours on the phone to Epson's technical support team i am still unable to get the printer to print onto a CD! It prints onto paper but not on the discs. I would like to send the printer back to you and receive a full refund - can you arrange a collection please?
Geoff, there is no reason why you should not get perfect service from epson and their printer. If the product is dead on arrival (not working) then Epson will exchange it for you. Can I advise you to pursue that avenue first. Else you will need to return the printer to us with a returns number so that we can refund you. thanks. Nic
