One of 2 colour cartridges not printing reds. 3 cleans failed to cure the problem, assume the cartridge is faulty.
Also the expiry date was rather short (03/09).

I'm afraid all faulty cartridges must be delt with by the manufacturer directly.
If you follow this link: http://www.microboards.co.uk/rmar.asp you can submit an RMA form (similar to this one you opened) and they will authorise the faulty cartridge for return.
