faulty microboard DX1

I need to send back this euqipment as not able to burn mutltiple cds, just spits them out and jams up will just about do one at a time We are just over the year I know but we have been having probles with this for some time and in a large school like this it takes a bit of time for fults to be reported properly. Please advise how we go about returning for repair, Thanks, Caroline
