It seems the ink cartridges I bought from you are faulty. I've sent the printer to you to have a look at and no problem was found. David had a look at it. I have now got the printer back and it is still printing very faint. I have just spoken to David and he told me to open up a support ticket for an exchange of the cartridges.

Sorry for the delay - we have sent you replacement carts for delivery tomorrow.
Please note if you have any further problems - please do NOT continue to try to use the inks - as Primera have very strict weight restrictions on how much ink can be used before they will not honour any returns (which unfortunately we have to start enforcing).
So - please call us straightaway if you have any problems with this new batch - thanks.
