Out of a recently ordered batch of 20 Bravo 2 colour ink cartridges, the first three i attempted to use were faulty and produced extremely poor quality colour and printing.
Hi Amanda, it is unlikely that all three cartridges would have the same fault. Could I ask what exactly was wrong with the print quality? it is possible that there may be a problem with your printer. Updating the firmware may solve the problem, you can download the update from here: http://www.primera.com/ftp/Firmware/FirmwareDPIIv1.29_1.43.exe
please let us know if this helps.
regards, Nye.

Hi Nye,
all three cartridges printed incorrect colours, with fine lines through the image where there appered to be no print at all. the resulting images were mostly orange with all three cartridges. I assumed there was a problem with the printer in the first and second instance, and so I have run maintainance on the printer and already updated the firmware, to no avail. So ultimately, after around 20 test disks had been run through, both before and after running maintenance, with no improvement on print quality, I put a fresh cartridge in and found the print quality to be perfectly fine. I must amend my previous statement, it was the first two and the fourth cartridge out of the recent consignment that have been faulty so far, cartridges 3 and 5 have been fine ( not that i'm using them in any order, i simply mention this as I did not run any maintenance after faulty cartridge 4, and yet number 5 just worked fine straight away.) I hope I have made sense with all that!
thanks, Amanda.

Hi Amanda, it seems like the cartridges must be faulty then! Please fill in the RMA form that will follow this and you will be able to return them.
