I recently purchased 3 ink cartridges for the Bravo SE [edited] order number N5406. The first 2 cartridges were fine and printed over 80 CDs but the third only managed 10 before it ran out. The print run was the same design and the same settings for all 3 cartridges. When I placed the 3rd one in the printer and checked via the software read out it told me the cartridge would only do 10 prints but I thought this may have been a chip problem but it appear otherwise and in fact the cartridge was not fully loaded with ink. I therefore request a replacement. I can be reached via email or telephone [edited]
Hi Martin, sorry to hear your having problems with your cartridge. I will be able to sort out a replacement for you, but first of all you have to send the faulty ink back to us so we can test it etc etc...
I will send you an RMA form, just fill it out and pop it back in the post with your cartride and we will get this dealt with as quickly as possible.
