We received replacements for 2 faulty ink cartridges from your company recently. With one of the cartridges, we are experiencing the same problem that promted us to exchange cartridges in the first place (i.e. washed out colours; please refer to RMA: [edited])
Please let me know when I can send this cartridge back for another replacement.

PREVIOUS PROBLEM:
[Our brand new printer ink cartridge (for Primera CD/DVD printer) appears to be faulty. The colours are very washed out, and it is not getting better. We originally thought it was a problem with the printer as we had just recently received it after being repaired by your company (RMA: [edited]). After calling your office, I was told that it was more than likely that it was a faulty printer cartirdge and that it could be returned for a replacement.
Please let me know how I should go about getting a replacement.]

Before you send the ink back - have you tried cleaning it?? Please refer to this link for instructions - let me know how it goes.
