I am pleased to inform you that your system is up and running again. It has been fully inspected and tested (both on printing and writing). I have contacted the manufacturer and was advised to completely reinstall the drivers and software (which I did and the unit operates normally). Although there was no fault with the hardware 1hour labor charge (£50.00 excluding vat) will apply; I have managed to remove the diagnostic fee from your bill. Can you please let me know the full invoice address (together with company name if applicable) and I will send you one? I have also new drivers and software on a CD and printout of the instructions how to remove and drivers included with the unit. This should allow you to operate the unit on the PC in your office.
