I purchased 1000 aone cd last week, the 400 that were in a separate box were fine but none of the cdr in the 600 box will burn, they are all being rejected by the cd burner as bad disks. I have lost 200 of those disk and still have the other 400 packaged. I think the fault lies with the serial number that is printed onto the centre of each disk, it has been printed onto the data area instead of the central silver ring in the middle. The remaining 400 disks all have this serial number misaligned.
I was just looking through the records and I found this support ticket that looks unanswered, so i'm just writing to check if your problem has been dealt with. If you still need assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi there thanks for getting back to me, I still have the 400 faulty disks here.

Hi Sharon,
Many apologies you've been waiting so long for a resolution to this problem! We are of course happy to take the faulty discs back from you.
I will send you an RMA request now. Please fill out as many details as you can and I'll authorise the goods for return.
We can either exchange the products for you or refund you the cost of the 400 discs. It is entirely up to you.
The RMA form will follow shortly. Thank you very much for your patience in this matter, we will aim to get this issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Kind Regards,

Thanks for that, a replacement is fine. Not 100% sure what is wrong with this batch but didnt want to chance trying any others

Hi Sharon,
That is fine. Do you think it would be possible for you to send us a few of the faulty discs through the post? Even if you have to open 1 pack of the 400 discs (we will still send you 400 replacement discs).
Ideally we'd like to get all 400 faulty discs back, but if you are unable to send them let me know. I'll speak to our warehouse manager and see if we can send you some replacements without the need for returning the faulty ones.
Kind Regards,

Hi Sharon
So sorry for the delay in both responding and your refund for the returned discs - which we did indeed receive a long time ago.
I've just gone to process a refund for you - but can't seem to find the credit card payment for your order. Did you by any chance pay by another method (ie cheque/money transfer?).
Please advise - and I will then process the refund as a matter of urgency. If you would like us to send you a cheque, please advise payee name and address to post it to.
Apologies again for the delays - if you would prefer some replacement discs (not Aone as we no longer have stock of them), please advise delivery address.
Kind regards,
