Hi,
Last November we purchased an 11-CD/DVD duplicator with 160gb hard drive (order number [edited]). Unfortunately, it appears an error has occurred with the device and it has began copying very slowly. We have tried altering the write speed (which was set to the maximum 52), and have tried various speeds but it is copying ridiculously slow. It makes no difference whether copying from HD or from CD direct.
We have even reset the device and formatted the hard drive but the problem still persists.
We need this sorting ASAP - is it possible for you to collect and fix?

Many thanks in anticipation of your swift response.
Regards.
Having spoken to your online support, we have also tried several different brands and types of media and it has made no difference.

Hi Samuel,
It sounds like the unit has developed a fault with the controller card. Unfortunately our warranty is return to base, so you would have to arrange for the unit to be returned to our Greenwich facility (upon RMA approval).
I'll send you an RMA request form now, which I will authorise when completed.
Kind Regards,

Hi Sam, as per our E-mail conversation. We can arrange to collect the unit for you, at a cost of £25 + VAT. Your unit will then be returned to us, repaired, fully tested and sent back to you.

How do I pay the £25+VAT?
Thank you again for your help - my apologies for the misunderstanding.
Regards,
Samuel.

Hi Sam,
No need to apologise! We're here to help :)
We can arrange for the unit to be collected tomorrow if that is convenient? You may call us on [edited]to arrange the payment.
Just a reminder, please pack your duplicator as best you can. I know you don't have the original packaging, but as I mentioned in my E-mail, any damage to the unit will not be covered by the warranty and can not be claimed via ourselves or the courier service. A few layers of bubble wrap should be sufficient to stop any major damage.
Kind Regards,
