Hi Margaret,
I'm very sorry you've not had a response to your ticket in all this time.
Do you still have the faulty cartridges?
It has been policy for a while that Microboards (the manufacturer of your Print Factory) now deal with all problems relating to faulty ink cartridges directly.
You can follow this link and submit a returns request to them:
http://www.microboards.co.uk/rmar.asp
If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Kind Regards,

We discussed this at the time. I spoke to them and they said it was down to you as our supplier, therefore cartridges were returned to you because you said you would need to test them.

Sorry correction - not actually returned to you as you were going to send a returns label but said I should first complete a complaints ticket - and I am still waiting.

Hi Margaret,
I've spoken to Microboards on your behalf and it seems they do still accept the cartridges directly, so I'm not sure why you were advised to return them to ourselves. I realise it may be an inconvenience, but if you could re-submit the form to Microboards they have said they will authorise them for return.
Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
Kind Regards,
