We have bought a Bravo Pro a couple of months ago and we did not use it up to today, when we set up a 100 disc batch job. After 30 copies one of the drives got stuck/ would not eject disc. After a restart of the copier it ejected but from there on that drive always fails to burn the dvd.
Hi Elias, I will invite you to fill out an RMA request form. It sounds like your unit has developed a hardware fault in one of the drives. This will need to be replaced.

Hi Elias, as per our conversation just now. We have not been able to find a fault with your unit. We are now running a large test job (100 discs) through the unit. Hopefully this will show the fault and we can make the necessary repairs.

Hi Elias,
The job of 100 DVDs successfully went through the machine with no failures. I'm afraid we have been unable to find a fault with your unit. What brand of DVD media are you using?? It is possible you had a batch of faulty discs??
I can arrange to send the unit back to you. Please confirm the delivery address you'd like it sent too.
Kind Regards, [edited]
