As discussed earlier with [edited]the unit we sent back for repair with yourselves which we receieved back yesterday (ticket number 2538, which was closed) has failed again after burning 4 out of a batch of 20 discs. While the media seems to be unbranded the same batch worked fine on the old unit, and were fine for 30 or 40 discs with the AD5800 when initially received.
As such we'd like to return the unit for a refund please.

If possible, please use Nero InfoTool to check for the details of your media (I would like to check if there are any incompatibility issues). I would also like to send you a pack of the lightscribe discs I was using with the machine so you can try them on with duplicator. Please confirm delivery adderss and I will send you some discs: [edited]

[edited]seems to have hit the nail on the head. All discs burned on the supplied media have burned fine, so it looks like the other media that was being used is just incompatible.
