One of the 5 Lightscribe drives in our StorDigital DVD/CD Duplicator is failing on CD audio writing - but not on Lightscribe labels.
As agreed on phone I have checked it is the drive and not cables and need a returns number to send you the drive only.

I am sorry for the delays with getting back to you. Unfortunately we can't get hold of new replacemendt drive for you (it has to be this same make and model as your original faulty one). In order to get your machine up and running again we will need to replace all of your drives. Please send the whole machine back to us and we will replace your current drives with new ones.

We can arrange a collection from you, but as the machine is covered by Return to Base warranty cost of £15.00 (before VAT) would apply to cover collection costs. (Please note item must be packed in original packaging if we are collection it; if alternative packaging is used we will not be able to hold responsibility for any damaged caused in transit)

Sorry not to have replied sooner but we needed to use the CD writer through November. We are ready to return it now and would like you to organise collection as offered.
It will be in the original packaging. Our shop is open 10am to 4pm.

Yes that is the plan, which should be done today. It's just impossible to say for sure until the unit has had the drives replaced and it's tested fine on the bench. We will get it back to you ASAP.
