In March 2007, our school purchased a Datatronics MiniCubis DA5600. The unit failed last month, and following discussions with Datatronics' technical support team, we were informed that we should return the device under warranty to the seller. Can you please let us know the procedure for this ASAP?

Is there any news on how this is progressing? We're approaching the time of year when we need to start burning loads of revision material to CD for our students, so we really need to get a working unit ASAP.

Seeing as I've had no reply to this I'll ask again. The defective hardware was shipped back to you guys at the end of FEBRUARY and I've not heard anything since. Why has it taken you so long to resolve a simple case of defective hardware?

Sorry for the delay in the processing of your repair.
Just confirming we've shipped it back today so it should be with you tomorrow (thursday).
The drive was replaced and it was fully tested.
