Due to a misunderstanding the wrong machine has been ordered - we should have ordered a Bravo II publisher.
Can you please arrange an RMA and then We'll sort out the difference an order the correct machine.
This is at least partly my mistake, but there was a picture of the publisher next the advert for the printer!

The unit you purchased and have returned was in fact the Bravo Pro printer, so please confirm you wish to upgrade to the Bravo Pro Publisher, not the Bravo2 unit.
The Pro unit is 100 disc capacity, whereas the Bravo2 is a smaller unit and is only 25 disc capacity.
Please confirm, and confirm you are happy for us to send it back out in the box you returned it in, rather than charge you for a new box.

The problem now is that the front cover on the returned unit is scuffed. We were going to swap it so it would be fitted onto the Pro Publisher you confirmed you wanted, but unfortunatley that is now not possible.
We will have a look to see if we can polish it or anything, otherwise we will have to charge you for a replacement part (don't know the cost of it yet, never had to replace one before).
The replacement box will be £60 exc vat.
Furthermore we will have to charge you for the inks that were returned with the Pro printer as they were opened and are unable to be used with the Bravo2 Publisher.
Please confirm you are unable to upgrade to the Pro Publisher version (as per my emailed sales order) as that would alleviate all these issues.

Please send me an invoice for the replacement with the Bravo 2 as originally agreed. I presume that since I will be paying for the inks you can dispatch them to me - I'll provide the address.
The email on the 13th September was what I agreed to - it was my mis-reading of your recent message of the 9th - but as I hadn't asked for that machine I'm sure you can see how I mis-read it.
It would be good if you could clean the box, as this is a charity project and that money will have to come out of something else!

After [edited] here spending about an hour he has managed to avert the need for paying for a replacement front cover.
Are you saying you want the opened BravoPro inks sent back to you? If you want them sent to a different address than the unit you will have to pay a second freight charge.
Please let me know re the inks so I can finalise the invoice.
