A It is painfully slow – almost three minutes to print one disc
B. It printed the first batch of 25 then would only print copies singly.
C. Every now and then it accrued a fault which resulted in all the lights flashing and the whole thing had to be shut down and restarted and the lever for the CD operation had to be pushed back up while I waited for it to readjust then pushed down again.
It would take days to print any significant number of discs on this machine

Dear BRian - you should note that the Epson R265 is very much an entry level printer for home users. It is not intended for professioanl use and is simply for printing occasional discs. If you need faster printing of larger volumes you will need to consider at very least the Bravo SE or more suitable (even at entry level semi pro use) the Bravo 2.
Please take a look at the above link to see what options you have available. Your credit note will be issued on receipt and testing of the returned items. We cannot credit on any consumables used.

I have had to buy a different model in the meantime. I need to know how I can get the machine returned. I spoke to someone and suggested it should be returned via Interlink on your account and that money credited against the product price.
