We have 2 of your stordidgitals 7 disk dupers. a while back we sent them back to be fixed and they are slowing down again. can you please send me a RMA so I can get them back to you? It is the same problem as last time (write speed droped greatly.)
Please advise re the previous problem and your previoue ticket number. Kind regards. It is NOT normal for these duplicators to simply start "Slowing Down". Can you test and old master and an old blanks disc to check if this might be causing the problem.

We have not changed our media type and the we have tried 2 new masters. both machines did not slow down at the same time it was within a week of eachother tho.
these machines are vital to our company and we need tham to be working at full capasity. He have just perchased a new duper from you so we will not require any loaner this time. please help.

Hi Dan, thanks for that - there should also be 2 Stordigital serial numbers, 6 digits long starting with 00. If you wouldn't mind also supplying them I'll authorise the return straight away.

While this does not appear to have caused any damage to the operation of the machine, you are being made aware because we do not know if this occured prior to dispatch from your premises, or not.
