Took delivery of this two days ago. Endless trouble installing software - more than we have ever had with any piece of studio equipment. Results are appalling. Pictures streaked, print wobbly, doesn't centre properly, glitches, stops printing for no reason. Would like to return unit forthwith, and receive a refund. Await your kind instructions
I am sorry to here you have not found the Monet to be satisfactory. The printer on the unit is an HP printer and it is widely used in ALL the leading CD DVD publishers, and produces the highest quality prints possible.
I believe you ordered the Monet without first seeking any advice, and I wonder how may discs do you plan to produce and how often? There are other units that support MAC OS, like primera bravo units here:
These may be better suited to your needs. Perhaps you wish to get some phone advice regarding the solution best suited to your requirements.
