We purchased a Primera DiscPublisher Pro from yourselves almost 2 years ago. It has started to have a few teething problems that I believe could be resolved through a maintenance activity. Do you provide onsite maintenance of any sort and if so can you give me some details.
We dont offer onsite maintenenace on this product - however you could return it to us with a returns number - we will evaluate for £50 which will then be discounted from the cost of repair. As a sideline if the unit is business crytical it may be wise to invest in a second unit.
