Hi Guys.
We brought a Stordigital dp50 from you guys and brought it into you for repair, as it broke down after around 2 months. We have recieved it back and unfortuanlty it has broken agian and just doesnt print any discs. we will proberly bring it down to you again and need to get a ticket number.

Hi Mate
It simply doesnt print the disc.
you send the file to print it takes a disc down but nothing prints and error saying printing failed occurs.

Hi Joe,
If you haven't already I would suggest removing the drivers and installing them from CD provided with the unit (if you do not have the CD please let me know and I will send you a link to download) If reinstalling the drivers won't help I will send you RMA form.
