Hi Peter,
Have you already tried updating the firmware of the unit? There are also updates available for the print engine, and the software depending on which revision you are currently running.
If you have not yet tried this, please let me know and I'll send you the links directly to the manufacturers website.
Kind Regards,

hi peter,
Just giving you an update on your machine. We have sucessfully printed several discs to the machine, however when running PrimoDVD to try a Burn&Print job the draw of the DVD drive will not initiate. A new DVD writer will be required.
I have also noticed that despite the lid on the Bravo being down, the system does not want to operate. No components are needed to fix this, a layer of reflective material just needs to be attached along the inside of the unit.
I will send you a quote for the cost of repairs shortly.
Kind Regards,

Hi Peter,
I wanted to give you an update on your unit.
Sadly I have been unable to repair the fault and am unable to spend more time on the machine to try and get it repaired (without adding further charges). As the unit was signed for but not noted as damaged with the courier, I'm afraid no claim can be processed on the couriers insurance.
I've spoken with my managing director and as a gesture of good will we will refund the full amount you paid us to get your unit repaired in the first instance. This means the machine will be left in the same pre-repaired state it was initially received.
I will ensure the unit is delivered back to you ASAP, and that your full refund is processed. I'm sorry we are unable to help you further.
Kind Regards,
