Our Primera Bravo publisher has broken, it looks like the ink and arm are no longer connected to the motor belt so it no longer moves. I was emailing to enquire into this problem being fixed, is this a repairable malfunction and what sort of costs would we be talking about for repair?

Gus - usually we cahrge £50 for evaluation, that is dicounted from cost of repair if you wish to proceed. Cost will be parts and labour less £50. Kind regards.

Hi Gus,
I will be sending you a quote shortly for the repair on your Bravo 2 machine. However I want to make you aware that when the unit arrived back with us, the hinges on the lid had snapped off. This I think was down to the way the unit was packaged.
I have temporarily repaired the lid with high strength glue, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention. If you would like the quote to include a new lid please let me know!

Hi Gus,
I hate to break it to you but there has been a further development with your machine.
While the robotic arm within the unit is now fixed, and the unit prints ok, we have as yet been unable to establish communication with the unit through DVDPrimo or PT Publisher software.
I realise it wasn't mentioned in the original fault (hence why we didn't discover this problem until now, we focused on the cartridge alignment, print quality and alignment of the robotic arm, not the burning capability of the unit).
I have the unit back on the bench at the moment, and am trying to get to the bottom of this particular problem. For some reason the unit will not accept any burn & print requests through the software.
Was this an error you experienced too or was there never a problem using the unit as a publisher?
Sorry this is taking so long, we want to make sure the unit is fully working for you, but at the moment there seems to also be a problem with the communications board.
I will do my best to resolve the problem today.
