As per our conversation I would like to arrange for the return and repair of our Bravo Pro unit, which suffered from incorrect voltage this morning.
We acknowledge that the voltage warning sticker was there to warn against this outcome, but were under the impression, as I mentioned, that all equipment was checked by CD-Writer before dispatch.
I'd appreciate it if you could confirm the outcome of our discussion: that you will arrange for return to your office and will not issue labour charges for repairs. We will be responsible for parts.
