We have a Bravo Pro copier with two faults.
First: The pc can not communicate with the robot.
Second: Both lights are slowly blinking alternately with one another on the copier, i checked the manual and it says waiting for a cartridge to be installed and the lid to be closed, which
i have done.

Thanks for the pictures. As far as I can see you are using Windows SP3 with 64 bit processor. I am afraid Primera Bravo Pro will operate with 32-bit systems only. Drivers for 64 bit system will be available at the beginning of the next year. Please try to connect your printer to a PC that have 32-bit processor.

Hello Tom,
If you look at the screenshot closely you will see that although the processor is 64-bit, we are running a 32-bit OS, not a 64-bit OS, thus the 32-bit driver should work.
Furthermore, I have now tried to make this printer work with 3 different machines, the other two being with 32-bit processors, to no avail. Please advise.

Hi Elias,
Thanks for the detials. To be honest with you there is nothing more that can be done remotely (I susspect devective controller board). Please fill in the form that will follow shortly via separate post and I will go back to you with authorisation number. If your item is out of warranty an evaluation fee of £50 + VAT to diagnose the fault will apply. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components for the out of warranty unit). For units under warranty you will not be charged for labout nor parts.

Hi Elias,
Your printer is on the test bench, at the first glance it loks like the controller board developed the fault and will need to be replaced. I am in the middle of organising replacement under warranty for you. I will let you know the update as soon as I replace the faulty controller board.
