The robot arm of the Bravo is stuck down on top of the discs waiting to be burnt, the yellow light flashes but when I press it a loud noise occurs. Can you help?
Hi Barbara, It sounds as if the robotic arm mechanism has become dislodged. Can you work out where the sound is coming from? Is it coming from the top of the robotic arm or from the top of the discs?. I know that Caroline has been nursing the machine a lot. Kind regards Steve

The sound seems to come from the top of the arm. Microboards suggested I unscrewed the arm but it only loosened it a bit and I still couldn't get the arm free from the centre of the discs in the tray. Now I suppose even if I get it free it will need re-calibrating.

There is re calibration software on the Primera Website. But I believe it requires a PC to be able to work. Steve
