we purchased this cartridge on 25th June. order number 7022 in the email from you it has printed around 9 cds perfectly, but now, even thought its reporting 97% full, it no longer prints at all.
I have troubleshot this cartridge with live tech support, and the operator, Big Dave, seemed to be of the opinion that the cartridge had dried up

tried filling in the RMA Form online... got given a number of 349 on the screen but had no acknowledgement email with instructions on how to return the rma

Sadly it seems the RMA has not come through.
I'll send it once more. Please try and complete and I'll give you the authorisation number. If it does not work, I can raise a manual RMA for you.
