The Primera Bravo 2 we purchased in December 2007 is no longer functioning correctly. The robot arm does not appear to move correctly, for example we are unable to change the print cartridges over as the print head and arm will not move. The PTPublisher software occasionaly detects the Bravo 2, but when it does reports an Internam Lprinter Commiuncator error\\\' which cannot be cleared. Can you advise on return procedures so you can investigate and replace / repair where necessary.

I would advise you first try upgrading your print driver, and also the firmware of your unit.

It is possible this will help restore the communication between your Bravo and the printer. let me know how that goes!

Thanks for the reply. I've installed the latest driver and updated the firmware but I'm afraid the problem remains. It seems to be that the robot arm is having trouble moving as well, but I can't confirm this 100%.

It sounds like the unit would have to come back to us for repair then. There is possibly something physical restricting the movement of the robotics and the cartridges.
