Hi Forhad.
It is best to remove both the USB cable and power supply from the device.
Ensure on your computer you do not have PTPublisher, PrimoDVD or Surething applications running, and that there are no jobs in the print queue for the Bravo 2.
Reconnect the power only to the unit, and see if it initialises. You should (after approx 40 seconds) have only the power light solidly lit.
Conntect the USB to the device again but do not print anything.
Follow these links and download the files. These (once run) will update your printer driver and firmware revisions on the Bravo2.
Print driver: http://www.primera.com/ftp/XPVistaDriver/DriverDPIIv1.03.exe and the firmware here: http://www.primera.com/ftp/Firmware/FirmwareDPIIv1.29_1.43.exe
Once this has happened, restart your computer and attempt another print job from surething. let me know how this goes and if it resolves the current problem you're having. Kind Regards, [edited]

Hi Forhad,
The best thing to do is disconnect the printer from your computer then delete the printer from the "printers and faxes folder" in Control Panel. Download and run this file: http://www.primera.com/ftp/XPVistaDriver/DriverDPIIv1.03.exe
This will install new drivers to the folder C:\DPIIDriver on your computer.
Re-connect your Bravo 2 printer to the computer, and the new hardware wizzard should appear. Instead of clicking "Automatically search for drivers" - choose "Select driver file or folder" - you will then need to browse your local hard drive and tell it to look in the folder C:\DPIIDriver.
This will install the latest drivers for your Bravo II printer, and hopefully stop the problem.

Hi [edited]
I have tried what you suggested on three different computers and upgraded to the latest driver and still get the same problem. There is always an error when printing. I have tried different USB cables/ports but still not working. It was working perfectly fine 2 - 3 days ago. I think the next step would be to get a replacement as it seems like the printer is faulty.

hi Forhad,
Yes it sounds like an error with the machine. I will send you an RMA form now, please complete it and I'll authorise your unit for return.

Hi Forhad,
I have authorised the return of the goods for you. However before you pack your unit away in its original packaging, can you please check something for me? If you open the lid of the machine and look towards the right hand side (underneath the lid) there should be a small piece of plastic protruding downwards. If you follow the natural arc of the lid towards the unit, you'll see that piece of plastic slides between a gap on the right hand side of the machine.
Please check that this plastic "lip" is in one piece (no snapped bits) and that nothing is blocking the sensor in the gap on the unit.
Kind Regards,

Hi Forhad,
Your unit has now been repaired and can be collected from our Greenwich facility.
It seems there were two discs stuck inside the print tray at the back of the unit, causing the tray to stop moving. This is often caused when the machine picks up two discs at a time and attempts to load the printer tray.
The only way to ensure this does not happen in future is to seperate all your blank discs from each other before you load them into the input bin. (ie, don't open a new spindle and put them straight into the machine because the packing process tends to vacuum seal the discs together - take a few seconds to seperate each disc from the one below it - this should mean the error will not occur again.
Kind Regards,
