It sounds like the drive may have failed, or a component wire has come loose.
I can authorise the unit for repair if you wish. Please fill out the following returns request form and I'll issue you with an RMA number.

Hi Robert,
I just wanted to give you an update on your machine. A component within your unit appears to have failed so we are currently waiting for a replacement from Primera (as we are currently out of stock of that particular part).
As soon as it arrives with us, it should not take long to repair so we can have the unit back with you relatively soon afterwards.
Unfortunately I do not yet have an ETA, but will keep you updated as best I can.

I've had your unit on the bench for the past few days. Initially the problem was quite elusive, but I now believe the issue has been identified and your Bravo Pro is just about to begin final testing to ensure everything is in full working order.
Should these tests be successful, I will endeavor to get the unit out tonight, for delivery to you tomorrow.

While your unit was in the final testing stage a secondary error showed itself, so sadly I was not able to dispatch the unit before the weekend. However the problem has now been repaired and the unit has successfully passed a full test.
I will make sure the unit is dispatched to you today for delivery tomorrow.
However please be aware, while we will do out best to pack your unit safely, because it did not come back in original packaging we can take no responsibility for damage caused the the unit in transit.
