We have a Baxter arm that is no longer working. The error is "Baxter does not respond to the command G01". The arm sounds like it is trying to move but is unable to.
Please advise
Hi Chris
In order to issue a returns number I need to locate your original invoice, which I can't locate at the moment. Do you have the original invoice there at all? And please confirm the serial number you entered is correct.
Also - if the delivery was made to a different postcode please provide that so I can search under a different postcode. I will then be able to locate the original purchase and issue the RMA number - apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Jen Holden

Hi Jen
I can't find the original invoice I'm afraid. We originally ordered the Minicubis but this was replaced with the Baxter as we kept having problems with it.
The numbers aren't too clear on the serial number. It looks like BX0606012 but could possibly be BX0808012.
The delivery was made to SS13 1ST which should be the same as the billing address.
Regards, Chris

Hi Chris
Thanks for the information. The original purchase of the Minicubis is dated 4.10.06, so if the Baxter was a replacement for that I'm afraid it is outside warranty now.
We can accept it back for an evaluation - in that case we charge £50 exc vat to evaluate it, and give you a quote on repairing it. If you proceed with the repair we waive the £50 charge.
Please let me know if you wish to proceed so we can issue the RMA number.
Thanks,
Jen Holden
