The machine does not recognise that a CD-R or CD-RW. So therefore cannot burn items from the SD card to the disk.
We purchased this item just over a year ago and have already sent this back to be repaired back in August.

We use Sony disk's so I dont think that would be the problem. It was worked before with these disks. I am inclined to thinks its the laser.

Hi Vicky,
Many apologies no one has since replied to your query. Although you are using Sony discs it is still possible to get a bad batch of discs hat would not work no matter what you tried, this is why we always suggest using a different CD-R or RW media to help diagnose the fault more accurately.
I will send you an RMA request form now, please fill it out and I will authorise the return of the goods for you.

I can confirm we have received the unit back. And it will be going back to the distributor as soon as they issue me a returns number. As you probably know from the previous return this item is no longer being made so I cannot send you a replacement unit, so hopefully Delkin will be able to repair this one and send it back to you.
