Hi there. Unfortunately I have another faulty cartridge I believe. Same problem as yesterday. I putthe new colour cartridge into the machine, and when the cd came out the magenta colour had not printed onto the cd. This happened with the 3 further copies I did. I cleaned the cartridge and done a clean directly from the PC. Still had problems. I really did hope that this would not happen again, but unfortunately it has. Is it possible to send back for a refund or replacement please.
