I am sorry to hear you have problems with your duplicator. The problem you have described might be caused by corrupted firmware. Please let me know your current firmware version (it is displayed during booting sequence - it will look like 2.23D or something like that) and I will get back to you with an update.

It looks like you have latest firmware version installed on your machine. To be on the safe side you can reload the firmware. Please go to http://www.acard.com.tw/english/fc0101.jsp download the file and burn it to the root directory of the CD. With the discs ready power up your duplicator, press and hold ESC button to bring up the advanced menu, scroll down for FIRMWARE update and follow on screen instructions.
