I have a 7 bay stordigital cd/dvd duplicator that was purchase sometime ago. Three of the bay drives do not appear to be recognised by the system, so will not copy to them. Drve 7 is totally inactive. I have followed the instructions in the book to reset the the system by formatting the hard drive, but I am still encountering duplication problems for the same drive, as well as others. At times only 4 drives are functioning. How do I resdolve this
Hi Joseph,
Could you please provide the StorDigital Serial number attached to the side/back of your duplicator?
Is it always the same 4 physical drives that operate trouble free, or does it burn successfully to different drives every run you do?
When the system boots up, how many drives does it recognise as part of the device?
Kind regards,

Hi Joseph, The serial number we need is the Stordigital one on the back which has 6 digits starting with 00****. This enables us to see how old the duplicator is and what components and firmware it has. Can you also let us know whether this problem is present when copying Cds, DVDs or, both? Kind regards, [edited]
